SkinCure Oncology’s Epic Culture: ‘Patient-First’

When both personal values and professional experience are shared by every level of the company, the result is “Epic Culture.”  At GentleCure by SkinCure Oncology, they believe they've created something special, a place where frontline employees are led by people who know what it means to do their job; because they have done it themselves.  Radiation therapists (RTTs) are performing the day to day patient treatments, RTTs are managing each region and RTTs are making decisions at the executive level.  It’s a culture made for RTTs by RTTs.

We recently sat down with Rachel Ward, an RTT at GentleCure, to discuss her firsthand experience of working within this company culture. Three key themes emerged: unwavering patient focus, a supportive and encouraging environment, and a team of passionate individuals driven to make a difference.

First and Always: The Patient
