We were challenged by our client to create a video campaign to recruit new talent by showing the unique culture of organization as a whole. To do this we decided to focus on where the company values are built and cultivated, the employees themselves. By profiling various employees at Power and allowing them to tell their story of what Power means to them, we offer the viewer a deeper and more authentic look at the company.
This video is a part of the Power Profile campaign and focuses on Tim, the CFO of Power Home Remodeling Group. By telling Tim’s story, the viewers get a special perspective on Power and how the family culture truly defines the company.
